The government has reconstituted the Central Board of Film Certification with eighteen new members. Prominent actors and filmmakers have been appointed to the new board. This reconstituted board will serve for a tenure of three years. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting issued the notification on September sixteenth. The Central Board of Film Certification is responsible for film exhibition certification.
