వైఎస్ జగన్ (Y.S. Jagan) ఏసీ రూముల్లో కూర్చుంటే అమరావతిలో అభివృద్ధి కనపడదని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర మంత్రి నారాయణ (Narayana) వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. రాజధాని అమరావతి (Amaravati) ప్రాంత్రంలో మంత్రి పర్యటించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా నారాయణ మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ మావిగన్ అంటూ జగన్ చేస్తోన్న వ్యాఖ్యలపై ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఓ వైపు అమరావతిలో పనులు వేగంగా సాగుతుంటే ఇంకా మావిగన్ అనడంలో అర్థం లేదన్నారు. 2028 ఆగస్టు నాటికి అమరావతి మొదటి దశ సిద్ధమవుతుంది. రైతులకు ప్లాట్లు కేటాయించలేమని వైసీపీ అసత్యాలు చెబుతోంది. భూమి ఇచ్చిన ప్రతి రైతుకు ప్లాట్లు ఇచ్చాం. జగన్ అమరావతిపై అనవసర రాద్ధాంతం చేస్తున్నారు. నిర్మాణాలు పూర్తవతుంటే, ఇంకా మావిగన్ అంటే ఎలా? చంద్రబాబు (Chandrababu)కు విజన్ ఉంటే, జగన్‌కు ఏమీ లేదు. టెండర్ల ప్రకారం అమరావతిలో అభివృద్ధి జరుగుతుంది. రైతుల వద్ద ఇంతవరకు బలవంతంగా భూములు తీసుకోలేదు. రానున్న నాలుగు నెలలు వర్షాలు ఉంటాయనే ముందుగానే జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకున్నాం అని అన్నారు.
