According to the latest, a person died and three were injured when the makers were filming a blast sequence at Binny Mills, Perambur, Chennai. Police registered the case and started their investigation and the makers are yet to issue a statement. The accident happened at 5 AM when a gas cylinder used for the scene got accidentally exploded, resulting in the death of 26 year old crew member and injuring three others. Madan , 26 year old suffered serious injuries and though he was taken to hospital he succumbed to the injuries. Three others Dhinakaran, Surya, Sakthivel, were admitted to the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital in Chennai. Doctors are closely monitoring the situation. SJ.Suriyah himself is directing the film for which music is tuned by AR.Rahman. Preeti Asrani is the female lead in the film.
